Infill fills the inside of solid regions. It does not close an intentional cavity. 100% is heavy and expensive, not the normal choice. Stronger settings do not certify a load-bearing part.

Changing walls rechecks the existing mesh, it does not silently thicken it. Redesign is needed if the mesh is too thin.
